All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept money orders and personal checks, and Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express payments through PayPal. PayPal and money order payments usually ship within 48 hours of receipt. Shipment on items paid for by personal checks may be subject to a 7-10 day hold while payment is processed. Items shipped outside the U.S. can only be paid for via PayPal or with an international money order.
In order to provide a high level of satisfaction and service, we prefer to ship via the US Postal Service at Priority or Global Priority Rate; requests for exceptions may result in additional handling charges. Our shipping quotes are based on our estimate of the packed weight of your purchase and the destination. If the packaging provided by the USPS for Priority Rate shipment is not sufficient for your item, we may add a nominal charge for an appropriate shipping container or other materials. Shipping costs on all items includes Delivery Confirmation Reciept and insurance. Any additional costs beyond the base shipping rates will be disclosed and seperately itemized in our shipping estimate.
We assume no responsibility for any damage that might occur during shipment, therefore, insurance is required on all shipments.
We're required to collect Az. State sales tax (appx. 7%) in addition to the item cost and shipping charges when you require us to ship to an Arizona address. If you provide us your Arizona resale license number and business name, this will be waived.
We consider all sales to be final. In the event that we inadvertently misrepresent an item, however, we'll quickly and cheerfully refund your purchase price and shipping cost if you notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item, and you insure the item and return it in "as received" condition. It is impossible to be an expert in all realms of collecting, and we honestly attempt to accurately describe all items and list all damage and imperfections that fall out of the realm of normal wear. However due to the inherent nature of antiques or any pre-owned item, some minimal signs of wear are to be expected.

We're pretty flexible in our response to customer's requirements... but YOU have to communicate with us before we can demonstrate this!
